Cancellation policy

All clients must give 48 hours notice prior to cancellation or rescheduling to provide adequate time to fill the missed appointment.

All late cancellations will be charged 50% of their appointment total. No call no shows will be charged 100% of missed appointment.

(Claire Hammond Skin Care sends out a notice when you schedule, a 72 hour confirmation, and a 24 hour reminder to avoid missed appointments.)
